1. How can my child join the Official Jacksonville Jaguars Kids Club?You can register your child by visiting the Jaguars Kids Club website at www.jaguarskidsclub.com, at many Jaguars events, and on game days at EverBank Field.
2. I am a Jaguars season ticket owner. Do I have access to a special Kids Club rate?
Yes. Season ticket owners have been sent an email with a special offer code.
3. Is there an age requirement to become a member of the Jaguars Kids Club?
Yes. Due to the unique nature of Jaguars Kids Club member benefits and events, Jaguars Kids Club members need to be between the ages of 6-12.
4. When can my Jaguars Kids Club member expect to receive their membership card and certificate?
If you are activating a membership that was purchased at a retail location, Jaguars Kids Club membership cards and certificate will be mailed within 6 weeks of activating your account online. We appreciate your patience as we deal with the large volume of personalized requests. If you are purchasing a membership directly from the website, the membership card and certificate will be INCLUDED with the membership package sent directly to the member within 6 weeks of purchase.
5. There were items missing in my childs membership pack? Who do I contact?
If there are items missing from your Jaguars Kids Club membership package, please email jagsinfo@worldwidefanclubs.com and allow two business days for a response.
6. We lost our membership card. Can it be replaced?
Yes, your membership card can be replaced with a $5.00 replacement fee. To request your replacement, please visit www.jaguarskidsclub.com.
7. How will Jaguars Kids Club members be notified of events?
Jaguars Kids Club members will be notified of upcoming events through e-mails. You can also find all of the latest information posted on www.jaguarskidsclub.com.
8. Who can attend events with Jaguars Kids Club members?
A Jaguars Kids Club member can bring one adult (parent or guardian) to each event, unless otherwise noted.
9. Where can Jaguars Kids Club members find a list of the special offers exclusively available to kids club members?
A list of all the special offers are available online at www.jaguarskidsclub.com and the most up-to-date offers will be sent to Jaguars Kids Club members via the monthly e-newsletter. Special offers are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Jacksonville Jaguars and their partners.
10. Why do we need to show a membership card to attend events or receive benefits?
Membership cards are required in an effort to maintain the exclusivity of the Jaguars Kids Club.
11. I havent received my membership card yet. Can I still attend events?
Yes. Please bring an alternative form of ID and you will be directed to check-in at the registration table.
12. Do Jaguars Kids Club members have to sign-up for the Kids Club every year?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail from jagsinfo@worldwidefanclubs.com, one year from the day you signed up asking to renew your childs Jaguars Kids Club membership. Yes, Jaguars Kids Club members will receive access to a special individual game ticket price that will be sent via the monthly e-newsletter. In addition, any child age 12 and under is eligible to take advantage of a special youth season ticket price available in section 227 and throughout the Touchdown Clubs of EverBank Field.
